L’Oréal’s internship program is looking for recent graduates in Brand Activation, Sales, Communication, Human Resources, and Digital Activation. You must apply until March 13th to start this experience in April 2022, in Lisbon.

L’Oréal’s internship program lasts 12 months and the main goal is to allow you to integrate new projects, out of your comfort zone, always with the possibility to make mistakes. After all, “test and learn” is the company’s approach. 

L’Oréal’s work philosophy is: leadership development 70:20:10. That is, 70% of your success comes from the experience you already have, 20% from constant feedback, and 10% from formal training (such as online courses, conferences, and workshops). 

The positions available in the L internship program are in brand activation, where you work on launching new brands and at the same time continuously expanding them. In the sales area, you work directly with customers, developing negotiation and analysis skills. With the communications team you will build relationships with the press and organize corporate events. In addition to these areas there are openings in human resources, legal department, digital activation and logistics.  

In practice, over the 12 months, you will have the main role in one of these areas, with specific projects, but also the opportunity to work alongside other departments. In addition, you will be trained with technical and professional skills and have a mentor to accompany you.

To join this program you must have at least one year of experience in the labor market, interest and knowledge in the fashion world, interpersonal communication skills, and be fluent in English. 

You have until the 13th to apply here. The process will include video and phone interviews, assessment days and a final interview.
