The new Lisbon trade support platform is a partnership between the Lisbon City Council (CML) and the Union of Associations of Commerce and Services (UACS).
Last November 16th, commerce day, the new Lisbon Shopping digital platform was launched, with the goal of making Lisbon’s commerce known and visible, while ensuring the future of the capital’s commerce.
This platform was born from the union between the Lisbon City Council (CML) and the Union of Commerce and Services Associations (UACS) that, besides wanting to promote commerce in Lisbon, they also want to guarantee, through Lisbon Shopping, benefits, not only for traders, but also for residents and for those who choose to visit Lisbon.
Lisbon Shopping has updated, useful and relevant information, being possible to search by activity, neighborhood and/or location, thus making it possible for the platform user to know the capital’s commercial establishments. All this in an easy, intuitive and interactive way, adjusted to the interests of the users of the platform and also of the merchants.
All the merchants registered in Lisbon Shopping can publicize their establishments, tell their story, create campaigns and special offers for the platform’s users, and also advertise their online stores or social networks, at no associated cost.
The platform created by CML and UACS is also focused on the residents and visitors of the city of Lisbon, since it allows them to know the history of each Lisbon neighborhood, while discovering the best that the capital’s commerce has to offer to those who visit.
